TaxVeriq is the workspace we use to deliver the services described in your signed engagement letter. The engagement letter controls the scope, fees, and professional terms of our relationship. If anything here conflicts with it, the engagement letter governs.

Your annual fee covers only the services identified in your engagement. Your engagement level sets a response expectation — it does not provide unlimited advisory support. Work outside the agreed scope requires a separate written proposal and your acceptance before we begin.

Blueprint strategies, estimated tax impact ranges, and savings figures are planning projections based on the information you provide and tax law as we understand it at the time. They are not guarantees of savings, are not a substitute for filed returns, and actual outcomes will differ. Nothing in the portal is legal or investment advice.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you provide, for keeping your password confidential, and for activity under your account. Do not share your credentials. We strongly recommend enabling multi-factor authentication. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Use the portal only for your own engagement. Do not upload malicious files, attempt to access another client's records, probe or interfere with the service, or use automated tools to extract data. We may suspend access for conduct that threatens the security of the platform or other clients.

Upload only documents relevant to your engagement. Files are screened by type and size; we may decline or remove anything outside those limits. Keep your own copies — the portal is a working workspace, not your system of record.

We work to keep the portal available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change features, suspend access for maintenance, or update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.

When an engagement ends, your account moves to limited access: you can view and export past deliverables and documents for a transition period, but you cannot open new requests. Records are then retained or deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
